I ordered 2 of the comfy calming pet beds in a size 4XL for my labs back on august 26th for $89 a piece! I tried many times emailing and calling but Never received any response. No one answered phones or replied to emails. The money obviously a loss but maybe this will help save others from being ripped off. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! It’s a scam.

We ordered the Buy one get one dog beds from Petsunlimited over a month ago and to date we have been unable to reach anyone at the phone number on the receipt. Emailing has not projected any outcome either. How many people are going to be scammed by this company before it's taken down. It appears to be legit and that's why people are falling for it. It's on Facebook and Tik Tok. Is this a Chinese company getting rich off Americans? I will contact my banks fraud dept as well. We cannot allow this company to stand. It must fall if it isn't legit.

I placed an order for 2 calming dog beds from this company on 10/2/22. It was a buy one, get one free offer. I have tried to contact them several times through their support email and get no response. I have also tried calling them several times and all I get is a recording that says…we cannot answer your call and please contact us through our support email.

On Oct 23, 2021 I wanted to order a calming bed so took advantage of the BOGO. I ordered the light gray and somehow I always ordered the dark gray also. Being older I'm not tech smart and forgot to include the BOGO code. As soon as I noticed it I started e-mailing and also getting in touch with the contact help on their FB page. Seemed very helpful but it's Oct 9, 2022 and haven't been compensated of rec'd any merchandise. I would like a full refund on my charge card.

I ordered 2 beds with the BOGO "SPECIAL" they offered! Well, I was the Special one in the deal! They took my $89.00 on July 27, 2022, and as of September 21, 2022...I still do not have the beds! OH...But they have my money! I have filed a report with the BBB, posted warnings on FB, and contacted my bank! I have emailed them multiple times demanding a refund...have been promised it is being refunded...but never got the "follow-up email" that I was to be watching for. When I contacted them as instructed when I didn't get the email...CRICKETS! I realize $89.00 may not be worth the fight to some...but for me, it is the principle of the thing! PLUS...it is fraud/theft etc! So if legal action is the only way to fight them...that will be my next step...unless my bank is able to handle it and get my money back! They are working on doing that now!

The complaints on here are on target. They don’t send you products or ship after 3 months. No one answer emails and they do not not provide a tracking! Needless to say it’s been over 3 months from my order and scam scam! I contacted my Cc company and they ruled in my favor! Do not purchase from this company. Buyers beware! I contacted them by email several times and when they did respond it was an excuse as everyone stated.

On June 22, 2022 I placed an order for the Comfy Calming Pet Bed, 4XL, Dark Gray, Order Number 2705. It was during the BOGO sale, however I could careless about getting the BOGO, I would have been happy to receive just ONE of the beds.

I started emailing the company on June 30, 2022 to find out when my order will ship. To date, including the email that I sent prior to placing this complaint, there has been 25 emails of my reaching out to find out where my order is, considering they have my money. I have been told that production was behind because of the BOGO, that "it was being sent to fulfillment asap", "I'll receive tracking order soon," and I was offered a full refund on July 24, 2022 at 3:44 Pm CT if I did not receive tracking soon.

Well you can guess it, no tracking, no dog bed, and definitely no refund has been offered.

This is the absolute worse company and definitely dishonest when it comes to customer service and fulfilling their obligations.

I ordered two dog beds buy one get one free back in June 15 it is now July 25 and I have not received the beds but my card has been charged. The website claims 24/7 customer service but there is no customer service number and the only phone number that is on the website Always has a recording that they are unable to take any calls right now. I emailed the The customer service email given on the website but never got any response. I’m out $89.99

Gonna file a charge back on my debit card next

I ordered the BOgO calming beds 6/ 17/2022 online and never received them. I called their phone number which referred me to their email. The email kicks back as invalid and undelivered. I have disputed this with my credit card company. Buyer Beware and to this company I hope Karma gets you.

I made my order in the middle of August for 2 large dogs beds. I should have known better ordering off of Facebook but I tried it anyways. I waited for several weeks and didn't receive anything. I then messaged the webpage pets unlimited, which is a legitimate page. They said they had no order for me so I did a little bit more research and come to find out where I ordered the dog beds was actually a scam site,just like the real one ... So everyone else here was probably taken by the same site that I was so around $70 was stolen from me and shop pay won't do anything about it because I don't have a website for my order confirmation... Total BS. I won't ever order from Facebook or anywhere without doing TONS of research! Be careful and good luck! It says it was shipped but it wasn't ever actually send or received... Totally worthless people...

I ordered and paid for 2 per beds for $55 on the 7th September. I have receipt of payment and have never received them!

I ordered the BOGO dog beds and I ordered and paid for large beds but I received very small beds that would barely fit a Yorkie. I have a medium golden retriever and need much bigger beds. I would very much like to get what I paid for. i have tried repeatedly to contact you by phone with no success. I would either like a full refund or to get what I paid for.

We ordered the XL BOGO dog bed and we received only one 50 days later. We tried to contact the merchant via email, google and they did not respond. Not only was the bed not what was quoted but after it was on the floor, it left an oil ring on carpet and had an odor which resulted the dog not wanting to use it. This company is a sham running a scam and should not be trusted.

We disputed the charge and even the credit card company can not get a response. Buyer beware.

July 21, 2021 I ordered one small grey bed and one pink medium bed for the advertised deal of buy one get one free.

I received only the extra small grey bed at the price of the medium bed. I contacted them right away and received a response that they would look into it. Did not hear back and contacted the again. I was then told my order was lost and I could buy another at half price.

Each time I replied I got a different answer, then after a month never heard from them again.

I ordered in August 2021 buy 1 dog bed get another free supposedly. Got confirmation using my debit card with a follow up email confirmation. HAVE NOT GOTTEN DOG BEDS and probably never will! Would like my money back! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a Comfy Calming Pet Bed 138-L-BE ORDER # 202 Size L Color Beige $49.99 in October. It is now Dec. 31 and I have not received the bed yet! Please send me the bed or refund my money on my card! Please advise! What a rip off! Why have I not received my bed. I paid for it and I should have received it in Nov. or the first part of December. I received confirmation that you received my payment! Where is my bed?

I placed an order for BOGO Comfy Calming dog beds, Gray in color on Sept. 23, 2021. I paid a total of $89.99. they took my money and to this day Dec 20th I still have not received any merchandise. My order # is PU321Z162640239. I have tried sending e-mails to find out info but the mail comes back as undeliverable. Please lets resolve this now. would really like to have this delivered or refunded.

I ordered two dog beds as their buy one get one promotion. Got my confirmation. August 16, 2021. A week I checked for a tracking number, nothing. Another week, nothing. Contacted via email and finally after 2 weeks someone got with me and apologized that they were working on orders. Asked for a refund, she responded that a refund has been issued I should see in 3 business days. Nothing. My dog passed end of September and to this day, nothing. No refund, no beds. Email after email and no responses. Horrible people.

I order 3 x dog beds on Friday 27th August and have not received these. I have emailed and also tried to call but to no avail. All details are below from the email I received.
