Here I want lodge the complain against Indian Fashion (www, Indian-jewellery.com), this website and the owner of company Diptiman Chatterjee of below address, is completely forgery, 2 years ago he promised to give distributor online website for 299usd and I paid for it but till now he didn’t handover either the website nor my money.

When I tried to email him or call him so many times but all in vain. Even I got opinion from my other people here in Georgia and they are too disappointed with Indian Fashion service.

This website www.indian-jewellery.com, promise to deliver goods in 24 hours but they never ship within the called time . My friend placed the order and she never got the shipement.

www.indian-jewellery.com attracts people by giving huge Free jewellery/ discount, but ultimately their motto is to cheat.

Order amount was £500 I only received £300 item rest of the item was not in stock now it's been over 2 month thay don't want to send my item I ask them for refund thay keep making excuses one after one I lost my £200 stay way from them

Dear Viewers,

I would like to introduce myself as Ankita Nag, a Customer Relationship Manager of INDIAN FASHIONS. I am really trying to find out the reason for such a false allegation that has been posted to malign the reputation of our Company. We are in this field since a decade and still now we have never schemed any of our valuable customers.

The above mentioned forgery is just a mischievous claim put forward by some our "COMPETITORS" from INDIA as you can have a look at the post above, that the person have mentioned that He/She is from Georgia, but if you notice the IP Address of the person who have posted, it shows that He/She is from India..so its a totally a false allegation put forward to malign our reputation.

(PLEASE HAVE A DOCUMENTED PROVE OF THE FALSE ALLEGATION, AS THE SCREENSHOT IS PROVIDED BELLOW)

MY COMMENT :-

I am really shocked to see such a drastic step taken by our Competitors in order to ruin our reputation, its really shameful and even much more pathetic to know that one can do such a mischievous deed to degrade a Company's Name, for which we have taken a time span of 12 years to establish the Good will...So I challenge the person who so ever have posted this forgery above please provide me your actual email Id or Contact details, so that I can reach you and can know what problem you have faced and why you have spread such a rumors. Even if its true then we can get a chance to know what was wrong and were can we do the amendments.

CONCLUSION :-

So, now I think the entire matter is quite clear to all the viewers out there and would be able to visualize that the written disputes are completely baseless and wrong information. It was entirely a mischievous and wrong act put forward by someone who almost tried to ruin our goodwill. But to be quite clear that getting an opportunity to defame a Company is very easy but it takes lot of effort to build such a genuine company dignity and international image.

REQUEST :-

Therefore, I would request to our dear viewers not to indulge in this unfair practice of defaming activities as we all are here to do business on good morals and on genuine grounds.

No, I don't agree with you, there was a problem in the Distributors Program (Website, ) so they have just stopped the process over there, but they have refunded the money at the same time. They never cheated the clients, and they are also delivering the goods on time, you can check their service by ordering them once.
