Hartford Funding LTD reviews and complaints

I paid my mortgage to the company Hartford Funding LTD. I made a payment through online banking and I needed to make a payment not later than 16th day of each month. I made a payment on 15th, but they accepted payment and on the next day they have sent me note with the bill that I need to pay for last payment. It was strange and I sent the copy from the online bank, but they continued to keep silence.

I paid mortgage and the company Hartford Funding LTD started to steal money from me. I paid $670 for the mortgage, but after 3 days I checked the account and it turned out that they charged me for something else. I tried to reach them and get info, but this jerk didn’t reply. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
