Purchased the pans about 2 months ago; no problems with over charging for extras, however I HATE this product. Even though I seasoned it like the directions stated, the 1st thing I cooked in it stuck & everything since then has stuck too. I didn't realize when I ordered that there wasn't a removable flat pan like the divided one. This makes washing the pan quite a chore because everything sticks and you can't immerse it or put it in the dishwasher. The "non stick coating" started peeling off after the second use and is over half gone. Wish I could send them back and get a refund, but it would probably cost as much as I paid for these lousy pans. Hopefully my opinion will save someone some money and they won't order this product.
Bogus additional charges
After watching infomercial about new GT Express Ready Set go product, I decided to order online. When paying for order I noticed they charged me for a receipe club that I had clicked No Thanks to.
