this is regarding the cash card no 4211 8920 xxxx xx63 in the name of my father himesh kumar.my father has recently expired and he has an outstanding of about rs. 8000. we had been given the information that if a person expires there will be a wave off facility for the amount outstanding but now they are refusing it and iam also asking them the details regarding the insurance coverage which he was paying every month but iam not getting any response from the customer care. kindly treat this seriously and revert back.
I am having problem with GE Money. I was holding card no. 4211 8920 xxxx xxxx. I withdraw cash once from this card INR 10,000.00 and paid back to them in subsequent month as 10,400.00 as 400 Rs was finance charges. Now they have sent me a letter Vide CUBS/GE/JUNE/2LT/05254 asking me to pay rs 2567.21.This is amazing because this card was closed by me a year before after making payment.As per this letter they have warned me to take legal action against me.This is a clear cut case of harassment's or GE Money thinks that the customer had a plant of tree, Ge Money will raise the demand and customer will bring the money from plant.
I received GE Cashcard No. 4211 9030 1404 6736. They are very irregular in sending the statements. Previously, they had a branch office at Chennai where payment can be sent, which they shifted. After this, I used to drop the cheques in the specified drop box. However, they started charging cheque pick-up fee. I don't think any Bank is charging cheque pick-up fee for the cheques dropped in the specified drop box. Fed up with the services, I repaid the due amount during the end 2006, except for a small amount of around Rs.70. I talked to the Bank regarding the wrong charges of cheque...
GE Cash Card, India, Pune. No proper service support. System has fault in monthly statement delivery system. Always send letters late without any marginal time to return the amount. Customer has to pay interest on those late days even though they have not received letter in time. This loop continues for forever since you never gets a letter in time. This is there usual practice to cheat the customer. Customer care line, seems to be restricted to be called from their offices only. Many numbers found wrong. Does not give any customer call /complaint number for further references. Beware people!
