EforBuy SCAMMERS!!!

I had ordered a laptop case that did not fit the advertised model. When I contacted the seller they replied full refund, no problem, just send it back to China! Well I did, back cost more than the stupid case that did not even fit! I am still waiting for a reply. It was sent back 2 months ago. These people are low life pieces of ###. Do not do business ith them unless you want to throw your money away. What bull ###. I am reporting them to the BBB.

EforBuy Online scam

They advertised a USB cord for my Sony DSC W55 camera. I ordered it was very inexpensive, but the shipping was almost as much as the cord. All totaled about $20. It took weeks to receive the product. The product had been sent on a slow boat from China. Through customs no less. At first I was enchanted... China. The cord didn't fit, I was a victim of false advertising.

I wrote to the company, the associate asked me to send a graphic of my camera's USB port. I did. He wrote back something about send the cord back and he would send the correct one. I didn't want to send something back to China, it would just cost more money. I expected a shipping label.

They wrote back that they would reimburse XXX dollars, which was half of what I had paid for the cord. This was after I sent the USB cord back. I threatened the report them to the BBB. They haven't answered my emails, since I asked for a shipping label.

They are definitely rip offs. Cheap. Ridiculous skeezers. Deal with them at your own risk!

i never received the product i ordered and they had already charged my debit card and never got my money back

-Needed Hotsync cord for Palm Vx. Found & ordered from EforBuy. Recieved 15 days later, "USPS" std. shipping from what turned out to be a China warehouse. Did not work as advertised. Requested return RMA. They sent return instructions w/ RMA # to send back to China address . Cost to send back was more than 75% cost of cord & original shipping charges. Ended up "eating" the cost of the cord since it was a hassle to deal with & not worth the paltry credit I'd receive.
- BUYER BEWARE. EforBuy is a ripoff that appears to be a USA Co. & professes great customer service, but if you have a problem with their product & need to return, it's a hassle & not worth the price to do so.

Please note that this company does business as "Martgreat.com", and I have opened a paypal dispute with them on 2 unrecvd cables. I had to force them to admit their products shipped from China. It doesn't say that anywhere on their site. They have been answering my emails, but their response are a bunch of excuses and stalling tactics... then GET THIS :
After they were notified of my Paypal dispute, they tried to tell me "it's not our policy to issue refunds on paypal disputes... kindly close the paypal dispute and we'll issue the refund" .. as IF! I will elevate it to a claim if I don't get my refund in the next 48 hrs... which I let them know.
