BG27CYF reviews and complaints

Inverter bought 23 March 2019 found not capable of 5Kw and it failed completely in October. Enquiry to "bg27cyf" via Wbay about replacement resulted in denial of receiving order and refusal to honour 12 month warranty specified in instruction leaflet.

Request for name of manufacturer to pursue warranty was denied.

Ebay contacted but not willing to message the supplier.

Same item is still for sale on Ebay but with revised output figures.

My name is Catalin Poescu having ebay username: cata12345 and email [protected]@hotmail.com I purchased from USA via ebay a instant electrical hot water boiler with ebay item number [protected], that is faulty after 7 months of usage. ebay blames the seller and seller does not reply. The product has 12 months warranty. The seller is identify by ebay as "bg27cyf and rated by ebay as "Excellent".
On the back of the heater there is label. On the label it is written: Instant water heater Product model DSK-65 Item no 106, rated voltage AC 220Vrated power 6500kw and a barcode 698320121107568.
I contactd ebay and via ebay I already send a message to seller bg27cyf. NO answer.
I was advised by BBB to contact ebay again

How should I proceed, please?
