Broken and underpowered trike.
No customer service.
Stay away as far as you can from these crooks!
I made a mistake by ordering an electric tricycle from these clowns so you do not have to lose your money the way I did.
First they overcharged me than it took 2 months to get my stuff.
Shameful business and they should be shut down by authorities now.
