I have been waiting awhile for my order and I have asked many questions through email about why my tracking number cannot be found. I have email another day asking about a date I would receive it. I finally got an email from Peter saying the number just hasn’t updated after days and that I’ll get the order in a few days. It’s still been days after that email. I emailed again asking for a refund as I have not gotten it in time and now the email is saying it no longer exists as well as the number on the site is not reachable. Luckily payment went through pay pal and they are helping me issue a refund. Do NOT order from here as it seems like a scam.

So, I ordered a hoodie from Buy-Cosplay a few weeks back and I'm still waiting for it. The tracking thingy they have doesn't work and I can't get in touch with their customer service. It's like they don't even exist! I wouldn't recommend buying from them, folks. Save yourself the trouble.

I bought Ezio (assassin Creed) from Buy-Cosplay and I was pretty excited to receive it. However, when I opened the package, I noticed that the hood was missing. I was pretty disappointed and tried to contact their customer service three times, but I didn't receive any response. It's really frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money on something and it doesn't meet your expectations. I wouldn't recommend buying from Buy-Cosplay as they don't seem to care about their customers. Save your money and look for a better option.

The tracking number they gave you possibly ended with CN. It means it's only trackable in China. You can use what pages such as China post. They did the same thing to me. I ordered a costume on October 8th. Same boat as you I still haven't got it.
