Butchaia Garlapati review: Ethics, maltreatment

Dr Garlapati removed me from care for supposedly having inconsistent drug screening, and noncompliance. I attest the reasons were that I requested documentation for my employer that I could not pull a 5500 lb pallet jack. His rude nurse practitioner said to me "were not saying you can't work." I'm already disabled, I do not need them to say that. I needed paperwork saying I could work, but there are limitations to that ability. I had not had a drug screen in the 3 months prior to my removal from care. My drug screens in office came back positive for pcp, at which point dr garlapati told me many medications can test positive for such, no worries we send it for confirmation. Every confirmation test indicated I was negative for everything but my medications. I was black listed and kicked out for no wrong doing on my part. Ultimately it came down to Monica summers did not like me. And My paperwork was too much work.
