Burntwood Tavern Food and service

Good morning,

Last night my boyfriend, my kids, and I went to Burntwood Tavern in Cuyahoga Falls. The service was bad, and the food was AWFUL. We waited 20 minutes for a water and 40 minutes for our food to come out. Our burger was completely raw, and my daughter's burger was raw on one half and cooked on the other. We had other appetizers and food that was not good as well. We couldn't send it back or wait any longer because we had somewhere to be. In total it cost $96 for absolutely nothing to eat.

Desired outcome: I would like my money back since we received inedible food and waited to long for it so we could get it fixed.
