I recently had the very rare occurrence of getting an incorrect shipment of coins I had ordered
I recently had the very rare occurrence of getting an incorrect shipment of coins I had ordered. One of the coins was a gift for a work anniversary for a friend and the anniversary was about 54 hours away from when I received the coins. It took 2 weeks to get the coins only because of a one week hold for an ACH purchase and I live on the other side of the country from Bullion Max's vault. I contacted customer service, a bit irate, but as good customer service veterans understand the best way to calm a customer down is to fix the problem, and fix it they did. I was emailed an overnight air UPS label on a Saturday evening. I shipped the coins that were the incorrect order back at 8:15 a.m. on a Monday. I had the new coins in my possession a mere 26.5 hours later which was this morning before I had already planned to meet my friend without the coin anyway. My contact during this was Sean Reynolds and apparently the Vault Supervisor gets some props as well. If he hadn't sent the coins out next day air I would have missed it by one day. These milestones are important in people's lives and having a company 'get it' is very valuable indeed. Thanks guys!
