Mark and My Solo 401k are how a business service should be run. They take all the confusion and complication out of correctly maintaining your solo 401k plan. After 3 years using them, I would never use anyone else. As a CFO of a medium sized company, I feel sophisticated in dealing with financial matters, but the litany of rules and regulations surrounding deferred tax programs are no joke. MySolo 401k are the experts and one of the best values i have seen for the top notch and personal service they provide. They even jumped on the phone to help me through a really thorny loan issue, which was above and beyond what i expect...and didn't charge me a dime more.

I have spoken with a number of providers and believe MySolo401k.Net is among the best in its industry. I'd has a SoloK with a big name brokerage, which was limited in what it could do. Whenever a situation came up requiring their help, I often had to inform their staff that the product even existed. I've been using mysolo401k since tax year 2019 (originally found them via the My Money Blog). I chose them because of their responsiveness (which was/is excellent) as well as the ability to process a Mega-Backdoor Roth 401k contribution using their IRS approved solo 401k plan document. They have been on point with my many questions, and are able to provide IRS references when requested - which is huge being a DIY plan administrator. My biggest concern when going with them vs. a one-size-fits-all provider like Company X or Company Y, was compliance. Being able to have questions answered with source references has put that concern to rest. My only feedback would be the multi-colored emails they send. A bit disorienting :-)

George, Mark, Jessica and the entire team are AMAZING! After researching over 15 different Individual 401k / Solo 401k providers I went with MySolo401k. I have been INCREDIBLY happy. They are very fast and have a full team ready to support them. They were very patient with me explaining everything and answering all my questions during the setup process. Other custodians will tell you how you should fill out investment account applications with a brokerage house (ie Vanguard, Fidelity, etc). Going into this I was genuinely concerned & had initially chosen another provider; however after reading the online reviews, I made a choice to use Mysolo401k. I spoke with Ky, George, & Mark. Each of them took their time to explain & reexplain the process I was unfamiliar with. They were responsive with their replies & walked me through step by step. There service was not only better then I expected but their fees beat the other provider I was considering. That 1st year there not a lot of effort so there annual fees do not start until year 2! All of this saved me $ which I appreciated. However with that saving there was no less service! I would recommend them to my mother if she needed the service! Someone recommended I use My Solo 401k Financial for my ROBS account. After 1 month of leaving phone and e-mail messages and not getting a response, I decided to investigate other companies. MySolo401K was rated #2, so I decided to contact them. Well, they should have been rated #1. They are more affordable and certainly way more responsive! If there is anything I might enjoy less than, I don't know, being kicked in the face by a mule, it would have to be trying to navigate through the complex codes relating to retirement planning.
