Company Bullion Capital Co., Ltd started selling pre-construction condos in 2019 under the development name Knightsbridge Central in Pattaya, Thailand.
Since that time, construction has not started on the project and the land is overgrown and undeveloped. The Developer sent a letter to investors in August 2021 stating the project would not be built.
Bullion Capital Co., Ltd refuses to refund any of its existing customers worldwide for the condos that were purchased and paid for.
Desired outcome: Refund customers the money they have paid.
Customers worldwide initially purchased properties from Bullion Capital Co., ltd starting in January 2019. However, since that time, construction had not started on the project. In August 2021 project Director & Developer sent investors a letter stating the project would not be built. The project was supposed to be completed September 2021 and the land where the condos were supposed to be built looks like an overgrown forest.
Bullion Capital refuses to refund worldwide investors that have already purchased condos at the Knightsbridge Central Condo Development in Pattaya, Thailand., after collecting their money.
Worldwide law enforcement agencies have been contacted and informed regarding the improprieties.
