2) Bad Behaviour
3) Using of Faul Language to Scold Customer (in Indian)
On the 08/March 2004 at about time 22:01:29, I went to above Petrol station to pump a RM50 petrol.

I gave $50 to the Cashier name Shalini A/P Saravana, and request for a receipt and as she was playing with her handphone. When she gave me an incorrect receipt and I requested her to print another copy. Then she got mad and rudely did it and ask me and tell me to go away very loudly in an Indian Language. As I am a Director of a Shipping Company and I hv reputation and respect, how can such a staffs can treat customers such manner?

She then threw the receipt to me and treated me like a bagger and tell me go away very loudly. And at this time I got mad and started scolding her for the rudeness. She asked me to complaint and she is not afraid as I believe maybe she could be the owner's daughter of the station.

She even tell me to go report to HQ. As there were many customers and everyone saw the incident and everyone shake their head over her behaviour.

I hope as CEO of Petronas you will look into this complain and see why you have employed such a rude staffs.
