Buena Deal review: Face mask

On april 16, 2020 I ordered a face mask form this company and to date after numerous communication, they do not give me an update when I can expect to receive it and ordering to the tracking indicator, the item is still in shanghai china. I explained to them that I would I either like a refund or the item to be replaced and they do not respond, I explained to them that the item may be; lost and either refund my money or receive a replacement which they have completely ignored my concerns
