Budget Rental Car Las Vegas review: Sold insurance when it was declined by Lucas

Lucas asked if we wanted to purchase the LDW insurance and we said no, we always decline the insurance. The line to rent a car was extremely long and the wait was ridiculous. Lucas seemed to move fast and we thought "wow" impressive. Only to find out when we returned the car, he hit the accept button instead of decline on the insurance and what was supposed to be $308 for the week was $605.00. The insurance is commission in the agents pocket so be very careful of the rush and push to get you to sign a document that you can't read just to get you out the door so they can say, you signed it! This is THEFT!
