I am a new client at Budget [protected]/Netstar [protected]. On the morning of 11th of July 2017 a Safe and Sound SVR with sleuth nano II was installed in my car. When I wanted to leave work at 16:30 the same day I notice before I drove off that my windscreen was cracked. So just there I get back to my office to make a phone call to Emergency contact centre ( Budget) The lady said that she will follow up on this matter and phone me back. No feedback was given. On the 12th of July 2017 I have sent Emails to Onbudsman (Budget) Insurancequeries(Budget) Forward Emails to [protected]@netstar.altech.co.za
A lady from Netstar called and said they will phone me back 10:30 on the 12th, and I am still waiting. Yesterday 13th of July I have sent Email to Policyservice (Budget) for a consultant to phone me back, still NO phonecall. I need investigation on this matter. And I need Proper Email adress where I can send proof of Emails sent.
