Dear Sir,
I rented a car, booking number [protected] from 5 to 7 November 2021. The rental was fully paid up and completed at that time.
We have now seen Europcar withdraw £394.08 and £101.26 from our account on May 27th, 6 months after the rental was completed. We consider this to be 'under protest', if not fraudulent.
As we have no satisfactory explanation from Buchbinder, Europcar or Rental Cars, we wish to advise you that we are escalating this to the European Rental Conciliation Service and activating our bank's Chargeback scheme.
We trust this affair can be settled satisfactorily and a full refund paid at the earliest convenience,
