BTC-Markets.com review: Crypto currency trading platform 1

In the space of 2 days this company managed to convince me to part company with £1350 with the promise of big returns - I sensed this was suspect especially after they topped up my account with $500 as a bonus. All of the time I was trying to get them to show me how to withdraw my funds but this was avoided in the end I stopped all active trades and within seconds they were on the phone berating me and eventually when I refused to answer as it was relentless I received a rather curt e-mail telling me I was pathetic and unprofessional - I contacted my bank fraud department as I felt I was being scammed and between us we tried to instigate a withdrawal of my funds but this was to no avail - nothing on the site works in your favour only theirs. I later discovered that the $500 bonus locks you in to them as you have to generate a balance 30 x the value of your pot before you can withdraw any money - they don't tell you that when they offer the bonus. My bank attempted reverse charge but this didn't work - they then suggested involving the police. I have refused to speak to these people on the phone as it can be quite traumatic but requested withdrawal procedure by e-mail - this has fallen on deaf ears. I checked my account yesterday and it is indicating that my pot remains unchanged but that there has been suspicious activity on the account - this was me trying in vain to get my money out.

Avoid these people at all costs - it is an all out scam and very much a one way thing - you won't make a penny. I am a level headed guy but got suckered by these people and I feel such a fool - but I will have the last laugh.
