Hi BT Team,
I am making a formal complaint because my BT broadband and landline have not been working, despite me reporting the fault 5–6 times. It's been 6/7 months. The issue is still not fixed, yet the cases keep being closed without my service being restored. I spoke to your colleagues Gaurav, Nazia or Navia, and Nima and more staff I don't know their name but the fault is still not fixed yet instead it got email we've cancelled your fault ? but they are taking payments every months?
I need this fault properly investigated and resolved immediately. Please also confirm what compensation I am entitled to for the loss of service.
