brooks-philippines.com and service@tobeno1shop.com review: Brooks running shoes

Today I placed an order for a pair of Brooks Revel 4 Running shoes on the website and got charged Php 4867.64 while the order total was only about Php 3600. At first I thought the website was legit as it shows a padlock icon beside the website, McAfee Security and other ID protection company/services at the check out page but it was all [censored]. I got an email from some [protected]@tobeno1shop.com saying that they received my payment and to check for the order status at www.17track.net, like who the [censored] is this third party company taking my payment instead of the shoe company itself. So I looked up the website and found out a lot of scam complaints. I just need my refund right now.
