Broad Management Group review: I am requesting the refund that my brother was entitled to now be sent payable to me

My name is Gloria Vann. I am Norman Metcalfe’s sister filing on his behalf. This has been going on since October 2021. Norman resided at 3915 Olive Street Apt. 238, St. Louis, MO 63108 before ending his lease in October 2021. Before my brother passed away, on November 11, 2021, we were told by Carol, the property manager, that a refund for the deposit would be sent out at the end of October. We are still waiting on the deposit refund.

Norman requested that his mail be forwarded to my address: 8331 Sunbury Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63136. As of today, there is still no refund. Carol assured me that the check was being cut and sent the first week of November. My brother passed away, on November 11, 2021. There is still NO check. I am trying to finalize my brother's affairs. I have been visiting the office every one or two weeks, now Carol is giving excuse after excuse as to why there has been no disbursement. This is totally ridiculous and very unprofessional.

Every time I call [protected], I always have to leave a message, and NO ONE RESPONDS. The same applies when I have called [protected] for the New Jersey office, NO ONE answered. I have left messages NO ONE RETURNS THE CALL. I emailed Broad Management at: [protected]@broadmg.com on January 26, 2022. There has still been NO REPLY BACK. We are in March and this matter has still not been resolved.
