I have been extremely ill for the last 3 years. I lost my husband suddenly, all bodily functions, had to learn to walk,eat breath etc. As a result I have short term memory loss so most probably paid these over at least 2 year. The money from the yearly subscription charge was money in my account for food and medication.

Claimed loss: $139.99

Desired outcome: Refund of $139.99
