Bright Dental review: Customer service

if it was not enough that I had a terrible experience having Santa Clarita Bight Dental extract a tooth, now the billing department is calling about a charge rejected by my insurance co. The problem is, the person calling does not know what the charge was for, or what specifically I have have already paid. In the first call I was asked to call my insurance co and find out, which I did. I just got off the phone when they called again and the person on the other end told me the information I had was not correct ,but could not give me specifics. I am perfectly willing to meet my obligations as soon as I can find out what they are, but this is the worst customer service I have ever been subjected too.
