In march 2022, I bought a Toro self propelled push mower at Pile Hardware in Charleston WV. I took it home and promptly mowed my grass. About a week later, I went to mow my grass and the mower wouldn't start. I checked the airfilter and it was full of oil. So I took the lawnmower back to pile hardware (where I bought it) and told them what it was doing. A couple of days later Pile hardware called telling me my mower was ready. I asked a service man what was wrong and he said "if you keep your air filter up hill you won't have any more trouble. I took him at his word. I took the mower home. The mower started, and I mowed some of my grass.I stopped to get a drink me and my wife was standing out in the yard by the mower.Sitting on flat ground, oil poured out the muffler. I took the mower to nitro lawn mower. The mechanic told me the was over full of oil, so he drained out all the oil, filled up the motor to correct level.I took the mower home and it was still leaking out the air filter whether the air filter was uphill or not.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund please.
