Bridgecrest review: Drivetime auto loan

Purchased a vehicle four years ago, at a severely inflated interest rate, because we were in need. I then lost my job, and Covid hit. My wife went on SSDI. and we got behind. I finally started receiving Disability through the VA, but at a much lower rate than expected. Tried working with them to change my payment to once a month for over 6mo. Started receiving late charges. Would call in, and they would try to squeeze just a little more money every time. Finally got to someone who said, sure, pay X amount and we will get you set up for once a month payments. We'll, didn't tell us it had to be approved by someone else... and guess what "Denied" Lost that money, and still being reported 30 days delinquent. Still owe way to much on this upside down vehicle, which is starting to fall apart on us.
