Routine annual AC maintenance went as expected. Terry L was thorough, friendly, and professional. He checked all the parts and cleaned the filters. He also gave me some tips on how to keep my AC running smoothly. I was happy with the service and would recommend Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. to others.

Kevin did a great job. He did a very thorough job performing our spring checkup and preventive maintenance on our air conditioner. He was real nice and explained everything he was doing. He even gave us some tips on how to keep our AC running smooth. I'm real happy with the service we got from Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. They're real professionals and I would recommend them to anyone.

He was real thorough and complete in his work and spent a good deal of time both outside and inside our home. We been usin Bratcher for several years for both our air conditioner and furnace and we are completely satisfied with the quality of their work. We highly recommend them!
