On 9/27/08, less than 30 days of the purchase(9/6/2008), I try to return the microwave because the door did not open correctly and the defrost button did not work either. The costumer services representative Adrian Nazarett verified my complaint and told that they will give me a new one. I requested my money back but he refused because I did not bring the original box. Then I requested an store credit to buy another brand but Mr. Nazarett refused too. He just offered to give me another microwave the same brand and model. He claimed that it was store policy. I think that it is illegal to refuse to give store credit.
