The whole point of obtaining an online store was pointless. No means of communicating with Brandafy. So they pocketed the money from me and ran.
I'm left with two Shopify stores not working. I wasted hard-earned money on yet another scam. At this rate, fewer and fewer people will do online transactions because of scammers like you, Brandify
I already had a shopify account and i bought a website from brandafy now they created a new account for me where i cant get a subscription on shopify and i didn’t read anywhere that they would create a new account for me
I didn’t mean to pay for two stores it was an accident, I just wanted one store For $47, it charged me twice can I please be reimburse my $47 please it’s order #139090, I am requesting a refund for the additional charge.
I would like to know how to find the shop I paid for and I haven’t got any emails or anything.. but paid 17 dollars and still don’t know what happened to my payment after and no other information was provided.
