Boys & Girls Clubs - Pool services/academic employees

We checked out this place about a month ago and had no issues. They told us it was going to be $80 for myself, and my two girls for one month's membership. My daughter is a lifeguard and needed a pool to train in for the upcoming season. So we thought this place would be good for us. So we came in on 02/25/2022. We paid our membership fees/money and then we went out to the pool area. It was fuller (more people) then it had been before, so my girls took one lane (they doubled up) to do laps and to get some exercise. We were there, not even 10 minutes, and some bored lifeguard chick approached my girls. (She never said not one word to me) My girls told me later that she had asked them to move to this little corner of the pool... next to the seniors doing their water aerobics. Now, we just payed $80 for one month. And the main reason we paid this kind of money was so my daughter could get some training in before her summer job started. She needs to do laps. LAPS ONLY. But I guess since my girls were not acting like Olympic pool swimmers, that they were told to move to this little corner of the pool. I guess they were not moving fast enough. Which I thought was really rude & unfair of these bored pool employees, since the Seniors doing these same laps "rest" at the end of their lane every time. They are not rushed! And this is supposedly called the Boys and Girls club. Well, after my girls told me what had happened I just told them to just keep doing what we came there for. But the next thing we know... this tall lady comes over there and starts yelling at us. She was very, very, rude and she said that "IT WAS HER POOL" and to get the hell out! That is funny. I thought it was the Girls and Boys club pool? And generous donors are the ones who pay to keep this place open? Maybe I need to send Michael Phillips a letter too and let him know that "kids" are being told to get the hell out of this chick's pool! After that we got out and went to the front desk and asked them to refund our money. This is suppose to be the girls and boys club but it is not. It should be called the Senior Club Center. Seniors pay probably $20 a month. Maybe they can pay their bills with just these types of memberships. I really doubt it. And I don't have anything against Seniors since I am almost one myself. But this lady (pool director) was completely ridiculous and was on some power ride. Or she seriously needs her Meds. She didn't scare me or intimidate me like she thought she would/could. I feel sorry for the children that have to be exposed to someone like her. I know, I am not going to play $80 for 3 memberships. And get told to get out of the pool. Because the pool is the whole reason we paid that kind of money to begin with.

SO BE AWARE BEFORE YOU GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY. And I was "NOT" told this until after this incident happened. Because they do not have this posted anywhere's. BUT... you supposedly only have 45 minutes in the pool before they can ask you to leave. I see why they choose not to post this info.

Well, now I have decided to post this message to everyone I know. Because I don't feel like we were treated right. And the pool was so nasty this time too. Looked like Feces floating in the water. Glad we didn't see it until we had to leave. Like my mother use to say... Sometimes things happen for a reason.

Desired outcome: ?? I don't know at this point.
