Boys & Girls Club of Washington County review: Management

I was staff at the boys & girls club of Washington county for 7 months. I really loved the job and working with the kids didn’t want to leave. I left because of the management who never answer your emails when requesting days off they will ignore it then when you tell them in person about it always consequences but you still them two weeks before the day you need off. They are quick to write someone for calling in due to weather inclement and there are certain employees that gets treated better than others. They have left me with 50 kids by myself multiple times with no help. I have been written up for not being able to make it to work due to the weather which should be an excused absent to work due to weather inclement. I felt like I was picked on most of the time there and just don’t have any help at all with management. I recently just left and still haven’t received my pay check that they still keep holding on to saying I need to make an appointment with them to turn the shirts in. They just recently emailed me back after two weeks stating that I want get my last pay in another two weeks saying the deducting $12 out my pay check for equipment but never responded when I asked them when I need to return my shirts. I they have been messing with my money and they just treat they employees unfairly they show favoritism to certain employees. The managers are bad no communication what’s so ever short staff and don’t want to hire anybody because they want certain people there. Somebody need to do something about boys & girls of Washington county.
