Bosh Brand review: I need a help urgently I buy a bosh brand from emax from the day one the problems is started and really im super upsaet

I buy gas from Bosh brand from the delivery time it was rusted ,and the windows coming verry hot and the burner is too slow and all the keys are now without color from silver to black and it come very hot you cant touched once the oven its on. And they confirm that it will not be hot.one of the gas head its not working now .and no one wants to help me i payed a lot and they recommend to me in sales shop once i buy it no one need to help .

Waist of money waist of time im super upset from the customer service,

I need a solution as soon as possible.
