Bosch Car Service review: Rip off by bosch car service

I booked for a routine service for my car with Bosch car service located on 15 livingston Road in Pinetown in March 2025.

I took the car in on the 18 of March 2025, and during the coarse of the day, they called, and told me the brakes are worn out, they need to be replaced.

I gave them a go ahead even though I didn't have any issues with brakes. For the service and brakes I paid R15000.

On the 19 March 2025, and day after the repairs, I returned the car with brakes issues. I returned it every 2nd day 3 more times for the same brakes issue.

What frustrates me the most is the fact that I didn't have any issues with brakes on my car, i only took in the car routine service and they advised me I need to replace brakes.

I curse the day I agreed for the brakes to be replaced om my car, because to this day, I still have the same problem of squiky sounds from the wheels.

Now its even worse, when i apply brakes, the car vibrates. I took it to back to them, but they wouldn't take responsibility. They told me i need to pay for some brake parts, and they won't charge me labour.

How can they expect me to pay again when I paid them 15000 for work they didn't do properly. Im so disappointed with this service provider.

What dissapoint me the most is the fact that i have been servicing the car with bosch on livingston pinetown, only them, for the past 6yrs. I was expecting to receive better service for my loyalty.

I guess for some businesses, loyalty doesn't matter. U are just one of many of their customers.
