BookMyForex review: Not refunding the money

I'm extremely disappointed with BookMyForex's service. I unloaded my forex card on September 17, but despite their assurance, I haven't received my refund yet. They told me it would take an additional 5 days, citing the order was placed on the 22nd - a claim that doesn't align with my transaction date. What's more frustrating is the complete lack of response to my emails. No updates, no explanations, nothing. It's unacceptable for a service that promises convenience and reliability. Their communication (or lack thereof) has been abysmal, leaving me feeling neglected and uncertain about the status of my refund. Unfortunately, my experience with BookMyForex has been far from satisfactory.
