Terrible service including -
1. Rude staff who do not know how to assist
2. Time wasting as no agent knows what any department does and transfers you to another, incorrect department
3. No understanding of medical billing or procedure
4. Horrible processing times
5. No communication between departments.
6. Too many email addresses for very similar issues
7. Nonexistent training of staff members
8. Managers who never call back

The list could go on. Honestly miss when you guys where with Medscheme as it seemed like you knew
