Bolt Car Hire review: Cellphone left in the bolt car hire

Please assist with my issue.

On Sunday 7th Jan 2024 my nephew left a Huawei Nova Pro cellphone in the BOLT car hire registration KN76MW GP.

The cell number my nephew used to book BOLT via app is [protected] from Clayville to Prime view area (Midrand).

The name of the driver is Peter, and Peter's cell number is [protected].

We have been phoning the driver and has been promising to bring the cellphone but till today is not bring the cellphone. Now Peter the driver has stopped picking up calls.
