I received a travel credit on a flight from Toronto to Tampa the the airline cancelled during the covid 19 pandemic. The voucher states: FUTURE TRAVEL CREDIT APPLIES*Copy of the credit terms are below

travel credit info is 2XHESL

A travel CREDIT is a CREDT. There is nowhere the credit states the agent is to use some form of magical secret calculation to diminish the credit amount. There is nowhere in the travel credit information that states the credit cannot be used on an advertised flight price.

all the communication we have from Itravel changes the credit to a useless document that effectively cannot be used.

I wish to use the credit to fly from Toronto to Antigua. the advertised price was 648.00 per person. after the magical calculations were made by the agent the travel price was in excess of 720.56 per person.

I cannot understand how a company can take a basic monetary credit and eliminate it but state the credit applied. It is very simple mathematics. Advertised price less credit (money already spent) equals balance owing.

Again, a credit is a credit. No complex math equation involved.

I have already paid for the tickets and have a credit, but after finding out the credit is essentially worthless on future flights I demand a full refund of my money.

Have someone contact me via email immediately.

Your ticket is non-refundable, however that amount (listed above) can be used towards future travel. The following restrictions apply:

Travel must be completed by 24 months from the original issuing date 25NOV2021.

At the time of rebooking, you must pay any difference in fare and taxes for the new flights chosen.

Re-routing may be permitted, however a change in destination may result in a forfeit of taxes.

Future Travel Credits can only be used towards flights on the original airline.

Future Travel Credits cannot be transferred to another person.

The credit has no cash value; therefore if the new flights booked are cheaper than your original flights, you will not receive a refund for the difference. on a flight from Toronto to Tampa the the airline cancelled during the covid 19 pandemic. the voucher states:

Desired outcome: full refund of travel credit that is worthless on future flights. credit # 2HXESL
