I have been buying games from BigFish since 2009 and now I am facing the problem with the games freezing and uninstalling themselves all the time. I wrote to the customer's service and complaint about this, they have suggested that I uninstall or delete all these games, I did so as per Mr. Winter's suggestions, now the games will not install anymore even when I shut my computer down. some games keep giving me the message that the files are missing, I asked them to send me the complete link to re-install these games and they did not, they do not even answer my emails anymore.

Claimed loss: I have at least over 150 games all different prices, I can add all the game prices later for you.
Desired outcome: I asked them to either fix the files on these games or refund all my money back so I can purchase these same games somewhere else, and they even made wok for two days writing down every game's order #.
