Hello Bodog Customer Service,

I am writing to express my concern and to seek immediate assistance regarding an issue that has popped up with my account. As a loyal and active user of your services, I was taken aback to find that my account has been locked, rendering me unable to access the services and functionalities that I regularly rely on. This unexpected situation has not only caused me considerable inconvenience but has also left me puzzled about the reasons behind this action, as I have not been notified of anything about customer service chat. Any help would be appreciated.

Bodog Payout

I just want to reiterate the other complaints, so you don't think its just one or two people. Bodog will never pay you. I went through an incredible amount of back and forth to request the payout...they kept needing yet another set of documentation. Finally it went through, I got my payout..took a month, not speedy, but acceptable. Then, the check *bounced.* Now I'm on another roller coaster ride where everytime I ask where the new check is, I get asked for yet another form of verification. And my payout isn't that large, just over 300. And despite the hard economic times, lotteries and betting are, as you can imagine, still very robust businesses. So, this seems like a business that delays payouts as a *systematic* organizational tactic to increase their own earnings. DO NOT TRUST BODOG!

Bodog deceitful and shady

Wow! This is by far the worst sportsbook ever! Where do I start?!
#1) I won two large parlays. I requested most of the funds to be withdrawn. They did whatever they could to not let me have the money I won! It took 2 months of 'negotiating' . Finally I was told a check for my $9k was on its way. It took another 3 months for the check to arrive. Three months!
#2) Bodog is so budget they refuse to post Over/Unders on college football games. They refuse to offer moneyline bets on college football or the NBA. Unbelievable! All other sportsbooks offer this.
#3) They max bet is usually $500 on everything. The lowest in the industry.
#4) They treat their customers like crap
#5) They are always the last sportsbook to post the upcoming week's football lines. Usually 2 days after they are posted everywhere else.

I can't believe these guys stay in business.

What a joke. I placed a bet the other day and tried to log back in and it said my account was suspended. I called and was told I would have to email a copy of my drivers license. Not going to happen as they already have my credit card info so I told them to just cancel my account. This was 4 hours before the race I bet on was to take place and I placed my bet elsewhere. I checked a few days later and saw they charged my card I called to get the charge reversed and they said I lost bet so they couldnt do anything. Mind you I canceled my account with the rep and he said account is closed and not to worry. I spoke with the most condescending ### in the security office that rather than help me could only use analogies rather than fix their ###up. Went on about how if I was in Vegas and lost I couldnt ask for my money back, when I pointed out I would not cancel my bet nor place it 4 hours ahead of time. He also said I would not be able to use any online site as they all share info so beware of these ###s hope they get shut down.

Bodog payout request

I have requested a payout with Bodog for $600. They continue to give me problems on even putting the payout request through. I just get a standard email back saying it's in the works but they don't have the correct documentation from me. It's funny how I can deposit in their website and they have no problem but as soon as you want some money back that you'vee won, then they have issues. I sent them the documentation they requred but now they say it's not the correct documentation. What a surprise!

Bodog 2 months since payout request to Bodog

Requested $400 payout on 6-8-08. It's now [protected] and Bodog continues to change stories about why I haven't received my cash. Bottom-line... they are stalling. Two months is not acceptable. DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO BODOG. YOU MAY NEVER SEE IT AGAIN.

I asked for a payout of only $200. After 2 months I did receive a check which I deposited in my bank. A week later, I received a notice from the bank that the check bounced! I contacted Bodog and was told they did not have all my information even though I received a payout 2 months earlier. I told them that there would have been a Stop Payment on the check, not Non Sufficient Funds. They have more excuses and will blow so much smoke up your butt. They did finally issue another check after another month after I threatened court action. I have all the documentation and the Check that was bounced. Of course, I was stuck with the bank fee which Bodog didn't care.

Most rotten payout service ever! Requested payout 6/30/2008. It is now September 8th and the excuses just keep piling up. They even went so far as to send me an e-mail that my tracking number would arrive soon and that I may even get my check before the number arrives. Two weeks later, no number, no check, no surprise. Keep your money!
