I and my partner were very dissatisfied with the treatment of the broker for all our polices of insurance my partner has waited 3 weeks for a quote and now when asked was told think it would be best to cancel as she couldn't get it to a premium suitable . My car sat at a garage for 3 weeks and in the end I got it moved to another who then told me to scrap it why couldn't it be took to this garage in the first place and now I'm out of pocket 66 euro that I got charged for the first garage just to look at what was wrong numerous times I was told I would get a phone call back and received nothing we both have been treated very poorly from this office and will be taking our business else where

Myself and my partner have been very dissatisfied with 1 particular broker dealing with all of our car insurances my car was at the garage for 3 weeks numerous times I telephoned said broker and was told she would get back to me this did not happen and I had to go to the office in person in the end I decided I wasn't getting anywhere with the garage so I arranged to have it took to a garage who could speak English they wouldn't release the car unless I gave 66 euro for just looking at what needed doing so I'm now out of pocket with a policy that was good for nothing, the english garage then got to the problem within a matter of hours with no charge but said too much wrong so my car is scrap i then cancelled my policy which was paid in full in August with no refund .
My partner asked the same broker to look at 2 existing policies to see if she could get the premium down she said she would look and either email or fone that was 3 weeks ago and still no communication iv had to telephone the office again to be told she couldn't get the premium down so best thing to do is cancel my partner is on a plane back to uk, we are now waiting for another email is that going to take 3 weeks or more with 2 cars sitting with no insurance !

Further to this complaint I would like to point out the following: Mrs. M. came into the office to put in a claim for an intended robbery of her car, a jeep dated from 1994. Mrs. M. was under the impression of having full robbery coverage on her policy however on july 26th 2016 we received a petition for an Insurance cover for third party only in order to keep the premium down.
We did however proceeded to assist her with finding a garage near her house. Unfortunately are Mss M. nor her partner able to speak spanish so we kindly agreed to assist as an intermediary to help with future communication.
As Mss M. and her partner went away for a trip and the mechanic was also away for the Benidorm fiestas it took somewhat longer than foreseen to obtain a report and quote
Eventually we got the report from the mechanic: the cableing was faulty because it lacked some fuses, also the car would not start because the petrol pump was not working. Furthermore the discs on the brakes were seized up due to lack of use of the car. Mrs. M. Acknowledged this.
The garage offered to fix the car and gave a quote. Mrs. M agreed. She later called back to tell us to take the car to another garage where they spoke english. A towtruck was then arranged. The second garage did not see fit to repair the car and Mrs. M cancelled her policy.
As for the 2 existing policies of Mrs. M. ´s partner: We arranged with the company to review the premium however Mrs. M. demanded a lower premium. I replied that we are a renowned established company since 1976 and not a market place. Mrs. M. replied that in that case she would take the policies elsewhere.
I acknowledged this fact and sent the client via email the cancellation letters to be signed and returned in order to cancel the policies duly.
This relate is fully documented and registered and we can provide documentary evidence if needed.
Further to the above we will proceed to put the matter in the hands of the spanish authorities who will take further action
