BobCAD-CAM

I got this software a few years back and it was all good. But if you wanna move it to another computer, you gotta talk to them and show proof that you ain't using it no more. They wanna keep tabs on how many people are using it. My computer crashed and now I can't even use it no more. I been asking for help for YEARS and all they do is lie or try to sell me a new one. I already paid for it, why should I buy it again? They don't care about me or my problem. They said they'd give me a new one but they never did. So I wouldn't recommend it.

I bought BobCAD-CAM software in 2015 and it was working fine until my computer broke. I had to reinstall everything, but now BobCAD won't let me use my license because they say I didn't "deauthorize" it from my old computer. But how could I do that when my hard drive was dead? They're trying to sell me a new version of the software for more than I paid before, but I don't want to spend more money. I have proof that I bought the software and I just want them to activate my old license. It's not fair that they're making me pay more for something I already own.

I was told by BobCAD-CAM that their program was easy to use, but after downloading it, I found it too complicated. I'm 71 years old and only do wood signs as a hobby, so I don't need a program for building helicopters. I tried to cancel the program within two days, but they refused, saying I signed an agreement when I downloaded it. I asked for a refund and for them to remove it from my computer, but they haven't done so yet. I purchased the program on 2/5 and requested a credit on 2/7. Every time I made a mistake, the program would crash. I hope they can give me a refund soon.

Bobcad software was not what we expected. We bought it in May , but it didn't work as promised by Mark W., the sales rep. We're still trying to get a refund. Bobcad's website doesn't show the premium package, which is necessary for basic tasks like complex slopes, profiling inside tooling, tight radius contours, or morphing between two curves. Morphing between two curves is important for creating tooling for castings, which is what we do. We told Mark W. this before buying the software, and the homepage showed that the software could do it. But it couldn't. Bobcad told us we needed the premium package to do these things, but we lost faith in the software and sales methods. Christina W., the head of customer service, said she couldn't issue a refund until her technicians confirmed that the software couldn't do what we needed. But we spoke to Dominic M. before buying the software, and Mark W. confirmed that it could do what we needed. Mark didn't mention the premium upgrade we needed, and it's not on the website. We're asking for a full refund because the software can't do what we need, and Bobcad didn't tell us upfront. We found out months later, and now we're not sure if the software will ever meet our needs.
