Bob Ferrando Ford Sales

We went to bob ferrando since we were preapproved through ford already. it took the sales rep and the finance lady two days to give us a quote. then the sales rep promised us an amount for our trade in that he could not give us. They were rude and the sales rep had no clue what kind of features the car had that we were interested in and told me to look on the sales tag in the window. REALLY? and who is the sales rep? This place is an absolute joke and i would never allow my friends and family shop here ever again. Promises were broken and the finance lady also told us that she had another customer waiting to pick up a careven though it took them 2 days to talk to us and so we had to drive back there just so we could see if they were actually working on it or not.
