Boaz Discount Furniture review: Catnapper sectional

We are still paying for our $3500 sectional. The reline mechanism is constantly popping and will not stay together. There are cracks you could fall in. The reply I got and am still getting because my one year warranty is still good is to screw my sectional together. No more being able to switch up the sectional to your liking. I'm very frustrated because the number of times (probably 3) they have come out and put it back together... It might last 2 days.

IDK what to do. I spoke to Boaz Discount Furniture and told them I would never buy anything from them again, I have trouble getting them to come out. We have learned from this mistake, and that's NEVER again to buy high quality name brands, we will buy cheaper and replace every few years.

Is there anything we can do? We also paid for a ELECTRIC 3rd recliner and it never came in so we got stuck with a manual and no refund of any kind was offered as yet. $150 gone, a couch that won't stay together. $3500.00 of our hard earned money went into something we thought we could enjoy. Now it's a headache everyday. I understand normal wear and tear. I have no complaints. We have animals and understand the NORMAL things. I have and issue with the fixing of the problem and it continuing to happen. This is not satisfaction.
