my first authority when joining was for them to send me a reminder where I could pay it myself manually, not an authority to deduct my account automatically.

also the amount was almost double the previous year & I was never contacted re the rise.

debit was taken 28/7/2023 to be cleared on 3/8/2023.

debit on bank account was- vdb106387 authority 657917.

I have closed the membership as of today for any other charges.

Desired outcome: Automatic bank debit yearly to be cancelled
