Blue Wrench, Idaho Fleet Service review: Mechanic

We towed our truck to Blue Wrench or Idaho Fleet Service (never a good sign when a company is going by two names) in May of 2021. I am writing this entry on January 12, 2022 after getting off the phone with the mechanic saying he would not recommend driving the truck and he could have it towed to us. I have never had a mechanic say they could tow my car back to me! We have paid in full to get our truck back in worse condition than it was when we brought it to them. Not one mechanic even bothered to drive the truck after they "fixed it". I wish I could give this company zero stars. I have been disappointed in mechanics before but this is an all time low. I never write reviews but I had to for other people. They take no ownership in their work. They are crooks. Beware of this company! Reading the comment Brenda D. wrote is spot on, they do not answer their phone, they do not do what they say they are going to do, and they have shady/incompetent mechanics. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
