Bloomin's Bin review: Gardening

Ordered and paid by Paypal on 10/21/23, but heard nothing about shipping. Sent an email on 10/26/23 and 10/27/23 but still got no response. I added this comment in the company's review site on 10/27/23,

but it could not be shown up. The email [protected]@bloominbin.com is not working. No phone number for customer service.

It seems that this company exists to accept payments but not shipping products!
