Bloomed Ottawa review: Damaged vase and old & rotten flowers delivered for 65 th bd

My 65 th bd was May 5, 2021. My daughter had a delivery of roses from Bloomex Ottawa store on this date.
REF: # 318.65.81. The flowers arrived in a broken vase (which the delivery person wld have heard when dropping off the delivery), rotten flowers, old flowers with petals dropping off. (please also note that the delivery driver did not ring the bell, but rather left the box on front of my step.)
I immediately called the Ottawa a store and spoke to staff Casey, who directed me to email the complaint to "[protected]@bloomex.ca) I sent an email with cc to my daughter. My daughter also shared her dissatisfaction wi the company. My daughter was informed that she cld receive a credit or another delivery of flowers. A delivery of flowers was requested. To date one month plus and I have received no response nor have I received a new delivery of flowers. Both my daughter and I have been left disgusted with this response to this serious complaint as well as no followup of any kind by the Ottawa Bloomex office. It is so disrespectful to have no followup from this company to seek resolution of this serious complaint. I'm dissatisfied and upset that there has been no response of respect in the care my daughter took to offer this special gift and that her integrity of her hard earned money and thoughtful of this gift was dismissed. I'm open to seeking resolution and will be writing a review to express my sadness with the disrespect we have been given... Maralee
