My 97 year old mother recently went into a assisted living facility. She wears only Blair sweats and needed more. So, I went online and ordered 4 pair. Shortly after ordering I realized she wears elastic waist and I ordered drawstring. I immediately called only to get a message saying the wait time to talk to a representative was 85 minutes. I guess they think I have nothing else to do in my life. Consequently I decided I would wait until morning and try again. I finally got thru to offshore support which is the biggest mistake a company can make, would you want your customers waiting hours to talk to someone in the Philippines who is reading from a script? Anyway, they told me the order is in process and cannot be changed or canceled. It's likely the order will be "in process" for several days and to me that policy is not in the best interest of the customer. I asked to speak with someone in the USA and was told no one is available. That's unlikely. This could have been easily resolved by changing or cancelling but they refuse to do that. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN . Do yourself a favor, buy from another company.
