Black Blade Carbon review: Breaking shaft for pool cue

I am writing to let you know how disappointed I am with your shaft and service. I ordered a shooting shaft and received it within weeks, really liked it. A few rack later the tip flew off, had to spend $30 to replace tip, figured that was ok. I then wanted a breaking shaft so I order one. Several weeks later I received a shaft wrapped in plastic broken in half. We’ll this upset me but sent back, several more week and received my new break shaft. Within the 3rd break the tip flew off, damn poor glue. I paid $30 to replace tip. Then about a week later it would come loose after every break. The joints were turning in the shaft. I spent $40 to send back. Now weeks later I received a new one, then about a week later it did same thing, started turning after a break, would not tightened. I then had my local shaft maker replace the joints with new ones, it had to be drilled out some. Now I thought Id have a good shaft, well last night I broke and Ferrel, tip and all flew off. This is poor product and should be removed from purchasing. I have never had this much trouble with a company. I have over $800 in 2 shafts with one worthless. Do you stand behind products? I wish to send break shaft back for a full refund.
